IP Modules

To take advantage of the Patexia Concierge membership, you need to create an account and then subscribe to one or more of the following IP modules: 

  • ANDA Litigation. ANDA litigation refers to legal disputes that arise between a brand-name drug patent holder and a generic drug manufacturer following the submission of an Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) by the generic manufacturer.
  • Trademark Prosecution. Trademark prosecution is the process of obtaining and managing trademark registrations through the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Patent Prosecution. Patent prosecution encompasses the procedures involved in securing and managing patent rights through the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).  
  • ITC. This section refers to the investigations initiated under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by the International Trade Commission (ITC).
  • Patent Litigation. Patent litigation cases in District Courts are legal disputes that arise when a party asserts its rights over a patent or accuses another party of infringing upon its patent rights. 
  • Federal Circuit. The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) processes appeals originating from District Court patent litigation, ITC Section 337 Investigations, and PTAB proceedings.
  • PTAB. This module covers all legal proceedings that take place before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), including inter partes reviews (IPRs), post-grant reviews (PGRs), covered business method reviews (CBMs), and derivation proceedings (DERs).
